This service focuses exclusively on reviewing your QuickBooks file to identify potential errors, misclassifications, and opportunities to improve bookkeeping practices. 

**Please note that it does not include entering or categorizing transactions in QuickBooks.

• Review general ledger activity for accuracy and consistency.

• Evaluate the chart of accounts for appropriate setup and usage.

• Review bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Scan financial statements for unusual balances or variances.

• Enter adjusting journal entries 

• Provide written feedback and suggestions for improving the accuracy and reliability

• of your accounting records.

We provide comprehensive support with the year‑end closing of your books to ensure accurate preparation for your business income tax return. Our services include.

• Gathering year-end financial data and supporting documents.

• Performing data entry and classification of transactions.

• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts.

• Reviewing owner’s equity accounts for proper classification.

• Preparing internal-use financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) for the sole purpose of completing the income tax return.

• $200/Wk up to 50 transactions and $3.00 for any additional.

**Sales tax reporting**

• $30 per Monthly Filing
• $75 per Quarterly Filing
• $100 per yearly Filing

**1099 preparation & filing Pricing**

•  Base Price: $25.00 plus
•  1-10 1099s - $50.00
•  11 & above is $5.00 per 1099

**QuickBooks Training (Desktop & Online) - $100 / Hour with 3-hour min**
